The campaigns for Barack Obama‘s first election, for Emmanuel Macron and “En Marche“, as well as the people’s fight to defend democracy in Eastern Europe. Lex Paulson has been involved in all of these. What can we take away from his experience and the struggles of our European friends from Eastern Europe for this year’s European elections of the European Parliament in May?
This Saturday we will gather friends from almost all Eastern European EU countries to discuss these matters. The agenda as well as an introduction to the main speakers is attached. It is also a unique opportunity to get an inside view to what is going on in places like Budapest, Bucarest, Prague, Sofia and Warsaw, where citizens of the EU struggle in fighting against corruption and the erosion of democracy and the rule of law.
